THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF THERESA has
passed a resolution authorizing the expenditure of monies
from the Town of Theresa General Capital Reserve Fund,
which authorizes the expenditure of $25,000 for the
remodel/repair of the Town Office. This resolution has been
adopted subject to permissive referendum. Any citizen wishing
to have this resolution reconsidered may do so by requesting
a permissive referendum in accordance with provisions in
Article 7 of the Town Law. Such request must be made within
30 days of the date of publication of this notice.
