NY until 4:00 PM on the 10th day of June 2026. All bids
will be publicly opened and read at the Town Board meeting
at 6:00 PM on the same day. Detailed specifications are
available to any interested bidder at the above address.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Theresa shall conduct a public Hearing commencing at 6:05 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at the Town of Theresa Office, 215 Riverside Avenue, Theresa, New York to consider a local law to allow the Town of Theresa to adopt a budget for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2027 that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the "tax levy limit" as defined by the General Municipal Law Section 3-c.

THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF THERESA has passed a resolution authorizing the transfer of $98,732.83 from the Town of Theresa General New Construction Capital Reserve Fund to the General Repair Capital Reserve Fund. This resolution has been adopted subject to permissive referendum. Any citizen wishing to have this resolution reconsidered may do so by requesting a permissive referendum in accordance with provisions in Article 7 of the Town Law. Such request must be made within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice.
